Diagnose the Signal Identified a gap in the music commentary space: most pages were disposable clip aggregators with no identity. The opportunity was building a page that felt like a place — a world with a consistent voice, aesthetic, and editorial stance — not just a feed.
Phase 02
Design the World Built a positioning thesis: Social Addict would be the intersection of hip-hop, house, techno, and cultural commentary — with a voice that was opinionated, not neutral. Visual system: dark palette, high contrast, monospace type, editorial layout. Every post was designed to feel like it came from one coherent place.
Phase 03
Build the Format Engine Engineered 5-7 repeatable content formats — each with a hook pattern, visual template, and production workflow that could be executed daily. Not random posts. A system designed to compound: every new piece reinforced the world, built on the last, and created pattern recognition.
Phase 04
